STUDENT REGISTRATION

Thank you for your interest in attending the Field Conference of Pennsylvania Geologists.
 

The Field Conference reserves student spaces for a limited time while registration is open. We offer these student registrations at half the registration rate thanks to generous donations to the conference. For example, if the conference registration is $250 the student is responsible for $125 registration fee.

Registration includes:

  • Opening night reception - Thursday evening. Includes hors d'oeuvres, beverages, and a cash bar

  • Conference - Friday and Saturday bus tour. Includes coffee, water, soda, and donut breaks

  • Meals - includes lunch on Friday and Saturday, and banquet dinner on Friday.

  • Printed road log

  • Digital guidebook

  • Networking

  • Rock swap

  • Silent auction

  • Book give aways

Conference attendees are required to follow all safety requirements.

Student registrants may make a private hotel reservation of their choosing. Alternatively, the conference will provide a shared room at no cost if requested. Rooms are assigned as same sex and we will try to accommodate lodging requests among registrants, if possible. An email will be sent to student registrants prior to the conference to confirm lodging needs.
